Construction of a three-level addition on the west side housing a new main entrance, a three-stop elevator and interior stairs. 3,300 SF renovation.
Cor Jesu Academy
Renovation of a three-level convent building with an exterior four-stop elevator addition. 15,500 SF renovation; 750 SF addition.
Crestwood Community Center
Two-story community building with fitness center, group fitness studio, multipurpose rooms, dance studio, administration and gymnasium with elevated track and outdoor play area. 48,000 SF new building.
Lithium Legacy Motors
The adaptive reuse project will transform a former 1936 automotive showroom into a unique mixed-use development. The ground floor will be dedicated to Lithium Legacy Motors. The upper floor will be a members-only wine and cigar lounge called Castle Lounge. 13,950 SF renovation.
